Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from nightcasestudio.com (“NightCaseStudio”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We design custom YouTube channel branding for horror, true crime and paranormal creators. What each package includes is listed on the package page at the time you order:

• Basic ($45): YouTube banner. Delivery 3 days.
• Standard ($70): YouTube banner and custom logo. Delivery 4 days.
• Premium ($190): banner, logo, watermark, intro and outro video, full visual identity and source files. Delivery 7 days.

2. Your order and brief

After ordering, send us your channel name, channel link, style ideas and references. Delivery time starts once we have what we need to begin. You confirm that you have the right to use any images, names or logos you send us.

3. Revisions

Every package includes unlimited revisions on the design you ordered. Revisions are changes to that design; a completely new concept or extra items not in your package are quoted separately.

4. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by PayPal, debit or credit card, or choose “Pay after we confirm” and pay the payment link we send you. Work starts after payment is received. Payments are processed by PayPal and WooPayments; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Ownership and usage

Once your order is paid in full and delivered, you own the final design and can use it commercially on YouTube and your other channels. Source files are included with Premium and available on request for other packages. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. What we don’t do

We don’t copy other creators’ branding, use trademarks you don’t own, or design content that breaks YouTube’s rules. We can refuse or cancel an order for these reasons and refund you in full.

8. Liability

Branding helps your channel look professional, but we can’t guarantee views, subscribers or income. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
