Refund Policy

NightCaseStudio sells custom digital design services (YouTube banners, logos, watermarks, intros, outros and full channel branding). Because every project is made from scratch for your channel, refunds work as follows.

Before work starts: full refund

If you cancel before we start designing, you get a full refund. Work starts when we confirm your brief and begin the first version. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page to cancel.

After work starts: revisions first

Every package includes unlimited revisions. If you are not happy with the first version, tell us what to change and we keep adjusting until it is right. You see the first version before anything is final.

If you still want to cancel after work has started but before the final files are delivered, you can request a partial refund of 50% of the order total. The designs made so far are not delivered.

After final delivery

Once the final files are delivered and approved, the order is complete and is not refundable, because the finished design is yours to keep and use.

Late delivery

Delivery times are 3 days (Basic), 4 days (Standard) and 7 days (Premium), counted from when we receive your details and references. If we miss the delivery time on our side and you no longer want the order, you can ask for a full refund.

“Pay after we confirm” orders

If you chose “Pay after we confirm”, nothing is charged until you pay the payment link we send you. You can cancel before paying at no cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5–10 business days after we approve them. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show the money.
