When you order: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, channel name, channel link, and the style ideas and references you send us.
When you contact us: the details you share on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
When you pay: payment is handled by PayPal or WooPayments. We receive the payment status and your billing name, never your full card number.
When you browse: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.

Why we use it

To design and deliver your order and talk to you about it.
To send order confirmations, payment links and receipts.
To keep records required for accounting and to prevent fraud.

We don’t sell your data and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who else processes your data

PayPal and WooPayments: payment processing.
Hostinger: website hosting.
WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us there.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies that the store needs to work, such as keeping your selected package in the cart during checkout. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. Design references and files are kept so we can help with revisions, and you can ask us to delete them once your order is complete.
